The Gift

We had a lovely Christmas here. The kids both received things they adore. Sissy had been asking for a soccer ball for months and Santa brought one for her. She ran up and down the hallway in her night gown and Crocs for a long time kicking it about.

When I was pregnant with her, she was SO kicky, the Evil Twin used to joke about her being the next Mia Hamm (soccer pro). Perhaps he is right on the money!

We decided that, instead of the typical traditional Christmas feast, we would just order Chinese take out. It was great. We all ate way too much. Afterwards, we all had a fortune cookie. Sissy had the best one. Her fortune (and I kid you not) says, "Be patient! The Great Wall didn't got build in one day." Engrish anyone?

Anyway, Buddy and Sissy had plenty of gifts:

Then, Santa left his gifts (he always leaves them unwrapped here, so the kids know what he brought from what other gifts have been given):

My brother, sister in law and our niece and nephew came over for a bit yesterday. Our niece will be 5 in June and our nephew is only three weeks younger than Sissy, so all the kids had a good time. It was nice to see them again - they live about 2 hours away and rarely get to come this direction.

Then, my best friend came over last night. He and I commenced to drinking - as usual. Of course, he said he couldn't live on just oxygen alone. I tried to send his boyfriend a picture, but I don't think it went thru.

Oh well, I'll share it here and you can consider it a belated Christmas gift from me to you.

Now, what did you get ME?

  18. ...That was me above. I posted, then realized the comment made NO SENSE AT ALL. Here's what I meant to say:

I got a blue green turtleneck. I'm always cold, so it's a GOOD thing.

On the flip side, it's made with spandex. It's what I call a LAMB shirt. (LAMB = Look At My Boobs!)

My gift for you? NOT taking a cleavage picture and sending it to you. Sturdy Girl bras aren't particularly hot.

  21. THE ONION AND THE CHRISTMAS TREE

The family is sitting at the dinner table. The son asks his father, "Dad,
how many kinds of boobies are there?" The father, surprised, answers,
"Well son, there's three kinds of breasts. In her twenties, a woman's
breasts are like melons, round & firm. In her thirties & forties, they are
like pears, still nice, but hanging a bit. After fifty, they are like
onions." "Onions?" "Yes, you see them, and they make you cry."

This infuriated his wife and daughter so the daughter says, "Mom, how many
types of "willies" are there?" The mother, surprised, smiles and answers,
"Well dear, a man goes through three phases. In his twenties, his willie
is like an oak tree, mighty and hard. In his thirties & forties, it's like
a birch tree, flexible but reliable. After his fifties, it is like a
    Christmas tree." "A Christmas tree??"

"Yes dear, dead from the root up and the balls are for decoration only."

  22. Geez, Louise - as if the boobage wasn't enough to depress me about my lack thereof, the nice little "whittled" waist was a kicker, too!
Just kidding! Well, no, not really, you really DO have a teenie waist;-)
Glad your holiday was good...wish Lucky would agree with the no wrapping policy, we spent hours wrapping!

  23. Just started reading you and already treated to spectacular cleavage. Including freckles which I think are sooooo sexy! Thanks for that. Can't imagine how the Evil Twin could get enough of those. Also enjoy the soccer ball Thump, thump, thump on the walls. It is unavoidable. Glad you had a good Christmas.
    Take care,
    FMD
