She's Lost Control Again

Confusion in her eyes that says it all.
She's lost control.
And she's clinging to the nearest passer by,
She's lost control.
And she gave away the secrets of her past,
And said I've lost control again,
And a voice that told her when and where to act,
She said I've lost control again.

And she turned around and took me by the hand and said,
I've lost control again.
And how I'll never know just why or understand,
She said I've lost control again.
And she screamed out kicking on her side and said,
I've lost control again.
And seized up on the floor, I thought she'd die.
She said I've lost control.
She's lost control again.
She's lost control.
She's lost control again.
She's lost control.

Well I had to 'phone her friend to state my case,
And say she's lost control again.
And she showed up all the errors and mistakes,
And said I've lost control again.
But she expressed herself in many different ways,
Until she lost control again.
And walked upon the edge of no escape,
And laughed I've lost control.
She's lost control again.
She's lost control.
She's lost control again.
She's lost control.

  1. I'm guessing that she lost control again... ummm after watching that lead singer guy dance around I'm tired again and need to go back to bed.

  3. Feelin' a bit nostalgic this morning, huh? It's okay, I have New Order on my MP3, and secretly jam to it on the treadmill. Ahhh, 80's take me away...

  4. kenju - I'm always feeling like I'm losing/have lost control. :::sigh::

Ron - Ian Curtis (lead singer - committed suicide in April 1980, shortly after this) had epilepsy and had seizures on stage. I guess he just kind of danced like that all the time. Maybe so fans wouldn't be off guard when he fell down foaming at the mouth? (I'm going to hell for saying that).

Tiff - I just love this song.

MsPulp - such a great song. When I bought my first New Order album, I had no clue who Joy Division was or their back story. Fascinating stuff - and good music!

  6. You got Vista, ha ha ha.

You have way too many toys that are going to help drive you insane.

I have an ass kicking computer with Windows XP on it that is less than an year old. An old laserjet printer, and a digital camera.

And a high speed Internet connection, that is all.

But hey, knock yourself out trying to keep up with it all. I used to teach them and it's all bullshit designed to take your money and there is always a new learning curve when you could be spending the time doing better things. Like gardening, or screwing.

Hell, I'm still using Office 97 and it works fine for me, a lot of my software is over ten years old.

Of course, I don't keep my books on my computer, only an idiot would do that. Remember, big brother is watching you. :-)

Now just relax and go shove a tit in the hubby's mouth.

  9. honeywine - it's not hard if you live with the nutsquad. LOL.

BBC - If I hadn't needed a new computer, I wouldn't have bought one. It's no biggie. I'll get used to it. Hubby says "thanks!"

    MEL - I knew you'd understand!

Renn - I think a Jack O'Lantern has better teef than Shane MacGowan. Har har.
