There Are Days

Days I would like to remove my spine and crack it in all manner of ways. Then, put it back in.

I DO have a back cracking system that seems to work for me most of the time.

But, I have to roll around in bed, doing odd contortions to get the best results. It's a good thing that I am so limber. Yes, I'm 42 and can still put both legs behind my neck.

The Evil Twin gets to see me contort myself into all kinds of odd positions (while dressed, so get yer minds out of the gutter).

Maybe a super duper hot shower will help. Ya think?

I'm ready. Are you ready for the day?

Happy Tuesday, hooligans!

  1. I want one of those inversion tables. I wonder if that might help with the back cracking too. I always feel like my spine is all compressed.

  2. I have all kinds of back troubles. A hot shower does seem to help. I wish I had a hot tub sometimes.

  5. Legs behind your head at ANY age is incredibly flexible. Makes my hip joints pop out just to think about it.

Hot shower will help - hot tub with the massage jets is magic!

  6. I am sooo ready for this day. I am REALLY alone today. So far, I have made lentil stew and done some laundry. Now to try and unlock the bathroom door that my son decided to lock after using this morning. I am hoping he flushed. Ew.

  9. My daughter can crack nearly everything in her body just by moving her spine back and forth and bending a little. I guess you have to see it and hear it to believe it.
