SO Tired

I don't know what my deal is lately. I go to bed at a reasonable hour (usually around 11 pm or even a little earlier) and I wake at 6:30A. On weekends, I might be able to snag an extra half hour or so - depending on when Sissy decides to wake up.

The thing is: I started taking my crazy pill (Zoloft) in the mornings, along with my baby aspirin and Ativan. I used to take it at night because that and the high blood pressure med made me sleepy. But...I generally forget to take either of them.

I suppose I just need to sit them on the coffee table where I can see them in the evenings.

If I don't sit things where I can see them, I usually forget to take care of "whatever". If it's written on my "to do" list, the chances of it happening are much greater.

It's hard to get motivated to do much if I'm yawning all day. And, trust me, it's not because I'm sitting around watching TV (I don't do daytime TV) or constantly on the computer (although I do check certain things a few times a day).

I don't drink coffee - at least not often, maybe once every 6 months or so - and it really doesn't do anything for me. I don't drink sodas, so my days are devoid of caffeine at all. I have a phobia about liquid calories....that's a whole 'nother story, though.

It may also be the dreary weather here in paradise (<- sarcasm). I suppose I should wrap this up and get some things accomplished. I hope all my hooligans are having a better day than me. :-) Love,

  1. Nope...not much better. I am right there with ya. Today, you couldn't life my ass to do anything, even if you had a crane to do it.

So, I can relate to this...

  3. I downloaded an app for my phone that reminds me to take my meds and when to refill them. I take 9 pills a day :( and I can't take them all together so that helps me.

  4. Can you put the pills in an am/pm container on your kitchen or bathroom counter? If so, you could fill the container 1X week and empty it daily.
My other recommendation would be to have your doctor check your iron, vitamin D and vitamin B levels.

    Good luck!
